Decorating Options
Screen Printing
Screen Printing is the process of applying textile ink to a garment. Each color in a design requites a separate piece of film and a screen. Screen printing is the method of choice on t-shirts and sweatshirts, but other items can be screen printed as well. Because of the labor intensive set up process, screen printing is recommended for designs with fewer spot colors. Screen printing is the most economical option for larger orders. Turn-around time is 7-10 business days. Our minimum screen print order is 12 pieces.
Embroidery
Embroidery is the process of converting a design to digitized format for sewing the design into a garment. Because price is based on the number of stitches in a design, embroidery is most often used for small, left chest logos on golf shirts, dress shirts, hats and jackets. Up to six colors are included at no extra charge. Our minimum order is 6 pieces.
Sublimation
Sublimation is the process of fusing ink into material with heat and pressure. The result is a vivid, color fast image that is very soft. Sublimation does have drawbacks. It can only be done on white or light colored polyester material which is more expensive that a basic cotton t-shirt. Our minimum order is 1 piece.
Direct To Garment Printing
DTG is the newest form of decorating a garment. A t-shirt is placed directly on the printer and a computer graphic or scanned photo is printed on the t-shirt. This is the answer to printing multiple colors on cotton garments in low quantities. Additional benefits include color fastness, soft feel, quick turn-around and less artwork preparation. Our minimum order is 1 piece.
